For Vault enabled digital cards:
When paying in store if you card isn't 'tapping' and is not recognised by the eftpos terminal and you are not receiving any error messages, it is likely your NFC is not turned on.
If you have an android phone you may need to check your NFC is turned on and enabled for the wallet you are trying to use, this can be Google Pay or Samsung Pay. To learn how to turn this on please refer to, What is NFC and how do I turn it on?
For Vault enabled physical cards:
Please ensure you have activated your card prior to making purchases, for help with activating your physical card please refer to, Activating a physical card you received in the mail.
Ensure you are following the instructions on the back of the card.
If you have a Mastercard, swipe your card and select 'credit' and enter the PIN found on the back of the card.
If you have an eftpos card, swipe your card and select 'savings' and enter the PIN found on the back of the card.
