Common error messages include:

"Gift card is already activated/redeemed"
If you have a Digital Vault Payments card
You may have already activated the card in the Vault Payments app.
To view your activated card in the Vault Payments app follow these steps:
- Close completely then re-open the Vault Payments app from your home screen (not via a link sent to you via SMS or email) and enter your mobile at the very first screen you see.
- Select 'Next' instead of 'Redeem card'
- you should receive a 6 digit SMS code
- Enter this code in the Verification code screen and select 'Next' again
- Then you should see your card

If you have a Physical Vault Payments card
If you have activated your card using the activation URL printed on the reverse of your card then your card is active and ready to use.
If you are still experiencing issues when attempting to make transactions please ensure your card has not expired and you have the correct amount of funds available on your card.
