When making in-store payments of $100 or more, you may be required to provide a card PIN. For most Physical cards the PIN will be on the back of your card. If you have a Digital Vault Payments card valued at $100 or more, you may wish to set a PIN for your card.
To set your PIN on your Digital Vault Payments Card
Open the Vault Payments app, input your mobile number (if it doesn’t automatically) and app password.
Click the three dots in the top right corner
Click on ‘manage pin’.
You will get a notification pop up advising that we need to send a verification code. Click ‘send’ and wait up to 5 minutes.
An SMS will be sent to your mobile number with an 8 digit verification code, please wait a few minutes for the SMS to come through
Input the code immediately (as it will expire within 15 minutes).
Create a 4 digit pin (one that you’ll remember!) and click ‘Submit’.
Click ‘Finish’ and now your pin is set and ready for use in store for transactions over $100.
To set your PIN on your Physical Vault Payments Card if there is no PIN on the back of the card
The PIN for your card will be on the letter which you received with your Physical card.
If you no longer have access to this letter you can set your PIN by visiting this link https://pin.emerchants.com.au/#/ and entering your details.
